We offer a 7-day trial period for new Pro subscribers. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your first payment.
You may request a refund if:
• You're within 7 days of your first Pro subscription payment
• You haven't used more than 50 credits
• You experienced technical issues that prevented service use
The following are non-refundable:
• Credits that have been used
• Subscription renewals after the first month
• One-time credit pack purchases after use
• Downgrades or cancellations mid-billing cycle
1. Email support@citrusclip.com with your account email
2. Include your reason for the refund request
3. We'll process approved refunds within 5-7 business days
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• You can cancel your subscription anytime
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access until the period ends
• No partial refunds for unused time
